Yes, that is what it said. I put 1/2 tbst in a pyrex bowl and lit a match to it; the purple flames continued for sometime. Is this something YOU would like on your face? skin? BUYER BEWARE. The cosmetologist begged me to skin test me to determine if I needed Toner #1, #2, #3, #4. I’m glad I refused any testing! I read all the labels and did not trust any of them!
