Buyer beware!! Products for household use do not have to provide ingredients on the label! Whenever one sees Quanternium 15 it is certain that one of the 30 trade names for formaldehyde are in the product. Formaldehyde is known to be a carcinogen as well as to cause many other health hazards. For example, even some (many) new carpetings have formaldehyde!!!
