Alcohol that is consumable is regulated by the Bureau of Fire Arms and Tobacco. High taxes are paid on consumable alcohol. So, companies using alcohol use various toxic chemicals to be sure that DENATURED ALCOHOL is not comsumed. But because the companies aren’t mandated to tell us what they are using to denature the alcohol we are not told and the word “DENATURED” just means not for made for ingestion/consumption! Yes, that is what it said. I put 1/2 tbst in a pyrex bowl and lit a match to it; the purple flames continued for sometime. Is this something YOU would like on your face? skin? BUYER BEWARE. The cosmetologist begged me to skin test me to determine if I needed Toner #1, #2, #3, #4. I’m glad I refused any testing! I read all the labels and did not trust any of them!
